Billing and refunds Brin Front Desk is billed monthly in advance on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and the service continues until that date. Monthly payments are not refundable once a billing period has begun. Included call minutes do not carry over between billing periods and are not refundable if unused. Past the included minutes. Your line keeps answering. Each call is counted in whole minutes, rounded up, and minutes past the 200 included in your plan are charged at $0.25 a minute on your next invoice. We email you the first time a billing period goes past the allowance. First 14 days. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, that payment will be refunded in full on request. The service ends when the refund is issued. A refund or account credit will also be issued in the following circumstances:

• a duplicate charge;
• a billing error;
• a service failure on our part that prevented the line from answering for a material portion of the billing period.

Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. If you create an account and no payment is made within 30 days, the account and the information in it are deleted. Nothing is charged, and you are welcome to sign up again.
